    Removing speed restriction Wisper 905

    Hi all I am new here. Was googling about de restricting ebikes and ended up here. I have a Wisper 905 Torque which currently has a top speed restriction of 15 mph. How would I go about removing this? I am in the UK, and would use the higher speed off road. Many thanks for any advise. Harry
