New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

So the core of the problem most probably lies in high tolerance of resistors used in the voltage divider. Question is, how the manufacturer repairs this issue, for a warranty claimed units (fw changes or controller replacement). I know about this option, but I'm not sure if it is the right...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Are there any available informations about how often this issues occurs, prectagewise? I´m thinking about buying a new controller and swapping it for the old one, but it would be pointless in case the issue would be the same for a majority of available controllers on the market. In this case I...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Thank you for your offer. I´m thinking about another possible solution and that is to buy non-adjustable 54,6V charger and lower its output voltage. I just have to find any proven and reliable charger on ebay (ideally in aluminium casing for simple disassembly) and modified it (if it would be...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I know about this option, but this project seems to get less development support than OSF and it´s little less organized also (I don´t want to offend anybody, it is just my impression). I would like to stick with original firmware for now, anyway.

21% VAT is paid if the price is higher than 22 EUR and if it is higher than 150 EUR duty fees are paid also. I looked at this web sites, but I wasn't able to find any charger as a separate item for sale (only as a bundle with motor and etc.)

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Personally I don't have any bad experiences (except high voltage issue) with the original firmware and it seems to be sufficient for my use, right now. I'm kind of "don't change what is working" type of guy :) I'm also a HW & SW developer so I can appreciate the mount of work that is necessary...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Yes I found stock firmwares on eco-ebike web sites, some time ago. I was thinking about changing HVC value in the 48V firmware, but I wasn´t able to find right address for this value in program memory. Uploading 52V firmware also passed through my mind, but I wasn´t sure about all differences...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I think it is combination of two things. Low margin in HVC constant in FW and big tolerance in component (resistor) values. This combination causes this problem on some units, when other units work just fine. I found example of this behavior mentioned here...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hi, I have a 48V/500W motor (stock firmware) with 48V/13.5 Ah battery installed on my Trek Roscoe 6. I´m very happy with the bike at general, but i have one small issue with the motor. The issue is that the motor refuses to work with fully charged battery (54,2V), but when I discharge the...
