Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

I had a similar problem when i didnt use the metal part that has 2 holes that bolts into the motor. The motor "twisted" a little and was very hard to pedal and made strange noises. removed put it back and all good.

Tsdz2 firmware open source adapted to vlcd5, vlcd6 and xh18

If i remember correctly if you disable the "odo compensation" its faster to display speed. Regarding the changes of parameters, just tell him/her if anything fells strange or something strange is displayed to just shutdown the lcd5 and then power again, it will revert to stock settings :D

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Strange, then that part of the controller is ok , try to put factory software back just to test the short didnt do something to the one on the controller (like wipping the chip were it is stored). Did you also test the battery? maybe the short fried the bms and the batt is dead :(

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

It means that its probably dead and you need a new one , you could try to check if the programming software (STVisualProgrammer) can read/write from and to it, but my guess is you fried it (with luck the lcd is ok)

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Try to put the stock firmware on just to ensure its not a bad config on osf (or a strange bug).

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Can you pedal with the motor off easly ? did you try to run the motor out of the bike. I had a "similar" problem when i didnt use the metal part (dunno the name) on the case side on my full susp bike. I think the motor twisted or something without that part, it became harder to pedal (and had...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Waiting for the how to :) (and the price for the "oil" ) When i wanted to use "oil" for cooling my gaming pc i read a little bit about it, in the end mineral oil was the cheapest way to do it but it dmgs plastic in the long run (so maybe a controller failure will happen if used here)...

New TSDZ2 Open Source firmware with Bluetooth interface

Yeah, a BBSHD with torque sensor, altough expensive could be a good thing (basicaly an ultra for diy), maybe the Lightest ebike kit will be good enough. But tongsheng could do it very easly with the help off you guys, some thermal pads and a temperature sensor and a pcb with bluetooth would make...

New TSDZ2 Open Source firmware with Bluetooth interface

damn Casainho and mspider on the same place :). Tongsheng should just get you guys onboard and do a tsdz3 with your ideias and code (and some mods for thermal stuff) and have a damn nice motor from factory (a factory could do this with 50 euros or less i would say)

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

hehehe tsdz2 dont like portuguese people or the north, had also alot off issues when i was in vacations in Viana do Castelo. In the end all off them were caused by my mistakes :) (bad soldering of the brake sensor and temp sensor overtightning the motor and riding on sand  ) Also is...

New TSDZ2 Open Source firmware with Bluetooth interface

New TSDZ2 Open Source firmware with Bluetooth interface

mspider65 do you think making the cable to the lcd5 longer will affect anything? (like controller cable -> 1m cable to pcb -> 1m oem cable to LC5. i want also to have the pcb near the phone (inside a box on a phone holder for extra security) but dont want to splice the oem wiring (so i will...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

You dont need to discharge it, just use the right config in the Java configurator. The lcd5 on data mode Will display temp (you need to follow the wiki on osf to install a sensor) , it Will also reduce "power" at a pre defined temp to protect the motor.

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

It Will, i have the same firmware in a 52v13amp battery. You can also use the temp sensor

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Nope 😂, after opening all , cleaning all i put the motor on without the blue gear and it was hard to pedal , mind i was doing This with the tsdz2 still on the bike. Then i took some pressure off the crank nut and voila , all was ok, put it all back and its working 😅. I have a full susp bike and...
