    Yes. Cooling with circulating water glycol mixture in copper tubing in contact with windings. Pump and radiator outside Also casing is vented. This motor has some major mods done to it. Didn't imclude winding temp data in this clip but temp rise was from 27°C to 52°C.

    Yeah 4.7kw to the ground with 6.8 from battery. Previous version was 4 kW to the ground with ~5,8 from battery. Low end torque improvement was also huge. So is acceleration difference. Old 0-30mph was 3.9s New 0-30mph is 2.6s

    Now 8000w 😎 RadRover dyno result video. Heavily modified geared Bafang G062.1000.DC 06 motor powered by ASI BAC 2000 and Eggrider V2. Battery is custom 16s6s Samsung 40t with Daly 120A continous BMS.

    Yes, two sets of phase wires (~8awg combined) + L10 & MT60 motor connectors. Additional higo mini b for winding temperature probe. for I have upgraded the motor and wiring so not much stock.

    Stuck clutch won't make any major difference in resistance. I have a welded clutch and difference is barely noticeable.

    Bafang G060/062/062 all have 20 pole pairs and 5:1 gear reduction. Set pole pairs to 100.

    Yes. There are clutches that turn different way. You can weld the locking Ring to The clutch body if you like. Practically without any added resistance.

    This version of G062.1000 DC runs 60v 114A peak (DC). Well over 200A phase.

    Some mods and you can pump quite alot of watts into geared hub. This is my G062.1000.DC that peaks >6000w peak (60v battery). Stock can take maybe half.

    Does not work as motors have different design. Cores are fitted from opposite sides. Picture attached is G062 motor cable on brake rotor side.

    He already has controller to provide enough amps but need battery capacity for Offroad range. As he describes Offroad means much higher power consumption or amp draw. Higher amp draw requires higher gauge phase wires.
