    I was thinking of drilling a small hole in each of the top and bottom gate supply from the original cpu to cut off any of the new signals from the lebowski going back to the original.

    Thank you for the very detailed write up, after seeing this I decided to put the lebowski brain in to two honda ima inverters. I have finished soldering the wires to the board, just need the new brains now.
