    Sounds like it could be mechanical to me. I would start by inspecting the throttle mechanical parts. Look for worn spots on the linkage where it might be sticking . But I also could be completely wrong. later floyd

    I found that the solder isn't conductive. if I had the negative probe on the solder lump or the positive probe on the solder on the cell taps I would get no voltage. Maybe the surface is oxidized forming a non conductive surface? Or maybe its an epoxy later floyd
