    Nanjing far driver controllers

I've just finished assemble ND72450 and PowerfulLithium battery today. Motor is QS3000w72v Last issue was actually not because of controller, but battery. (cheap chinese battery even it's half a year old.) Now my motorcycle runs super fast and smooth but I have 2 new issues. 1. Speedmeter...

    Nanjing far driver controllers

I guess I figured out the problem. I didn't expect battery issue because I just changed it about 2 months ago. But it looks like the battery can't handle enough peak current now even it's fully charged. (battery indicator goes 0 when deacceleration starts, and that's why it often happens on...

Thank you! I would go for 72450 then. I appreciate if you share your settings and tire size.

    Nanjing far driver controllers

I've tried all I can predict but nothing works. I'm planning to replace controller to 72260, 72360 or 72450 but not sure which one is the best for QS3000w72v motor. Battery has 80A BMS. Does anyone have suggestion or personal recommendation? I don't really mind the price.

    Nanjing far driver controllers

What I've tried so far. Auto leaning - still same issue. When I did full acceleration wheel off the ground while auto learning, I realized acceleration is smooth and meter reads 120km/h. So my guess is it is torque issue. Set gear ratio 100% up to 5500rpm - still same issue. I believe this is...

    Nanjing far driver controllers

Please help me if you have any idea, controller is ND72240. My motorcycle recently start acting very weird. When I fully accelerate, around over 70km/h, motor starts deaccelerate (feel like engine brake) some kind of limiter? and having jerky motion. I first thought it is limitation based on...

ok thank you. That is kind of I was expecting. I'm gonna stick with the same motor and controller then.

    Nanjing far driver controllers

Hi all. I recently finished fully customizing e-motorcycle except controller and motor. Controller is ND72240 and motor is QS3000w with a new 72v LifePO4 battery, top speed is around 57mph. I know 72240 is not really strong enough but I want to make this little bit faster (5~10mph+ top speed)...

    I'm kinda stuck

Ok, one throttle is blown by mistake but finally 2WD works perfectly! I still have lots of exterior work but hardest part is done. Thank you all, especially TommyCat. I use base model and customize, not full scratch. I shouldn't post pics here when all done?

    >A meter reads the voltage potential between two points. With the switch open you have a potential of 54vdc between the two points. (Power on one side, 0vdc on the other side.) With the switch closed, or making a direct connection between the two sides of the switch, you have 0vdc potential...

    I'm kinda stuck

I found this WuXing display diagram. This probably shows the same diagram except orange. (There's no orange but gray.) Yellow might be brake signal? Brown and Gray are switch lines which is 54/0v : off/on. Now I connect Brown, Gray and White (signal) but still only 2nd motor doesn't work. Is...

    I'm kinda stuck

    >Are you reading one side of the key switch to the other? = 54vdc off,0vdc on…? yes, orange and white wires on the key switch picture I posted. 54v when it's off, 0v when it's on but everything works ok.

    I'm kinda stuck

I start checking all wires now. I'm just wondering one thing. Reading from key switch: When key is off > 53.2v Turn on the key > 0v (display on, motor on.) This is opposite from my expectation. Is this normal? This means key switch doesn't "connect" power through, but it shuts out and relay?

    I'm kinda stuck

Thank you TommyCat always. I have same picture and tried to make diagram myself. But the problem is Bafang uses different diagram and different wire color combination, this always makes me confused. 1T4D cable manufacture is "JUNYU" and most other parts manufacture is WuXing (Star Union). I've...

    I'm kinda stuck

Thank you TommyCat. First of all, display looks like exactly same model but mine doesn't have power button. So display is not 7pin, but 6pin. (I guess it's just bypassing key to power.) and this probably makes lots of ppl misunderstand. All connectors are like this (this is 1T5 cable) and...

    I'm kinda stuck

This display. >Do you have to first turn the switch "on", then power up the display? Yes, display doesn't have on/off. Key is on, display is on. (key switch is 2 wires.) So my plan if possible is using 1T5 cable for 2nd controller line separately, only for throttle, and key switch (this is...

    I'm kinda stuck

I start feeling like dual throttle setup is nice too. If I can find 1T4D cable, dual throttle setup is probably the easiest way but I've never seen on the market. I'm not familiar w/1T5 cable but it has 9pin male connector as same as 1T4D. Is it possible to use 1T5 cable instead of 1T4D cable...

    I'm kinda stuck

3 wires (2 from key switch, positive and switch and throttle signal) should be shared both 1st and 2nd controllers, am I right?

    I'm kinda stuck

Thank you TommyCat. you're right maybe key switch. that's why I don't hear tick sound from 2nd controller when key is on. hardest part is finding wires from them again. problem is main cable, controller and others are all moduled but use different colors. I will never use moduled cable again...

    I'm kinda stuck

I have no idea what I should do next. New battery is 48v 30a suitable for max 1200w 48v 600w x2, same motors same controllers reading is from throttle negative and right before 2nd controller signal. reading is ok, 1st motor runs but 2nd motor. if I switch either controller or motor, only 1st...

    I'm kinda stuck

Oh yeah you're right. Charger port is not one way. That will be just the same as parallel connection. Thank you for reminding me. Then I should go for 1 battery.

    I'm kinda stuck

It's probably easier to find 2 small mid-power batteries than 1 small high-power battery. If I use 2 batteries (for each controllers, no parallel) is there difference from 1 battery? (Advantage or disadvantage.) Also can connect 2 charge ports together to 1 outlet?

    I'm kinda stuck

Now I understand, thank you the issue is maybe room for battery. it is pretty long but shallow and narrow. 15"x4.75"x2.5" this is probably maximum space for battery.

    I'm kinda stuck

oh, battery is too weak? if so, this possibly happens? (failure of only 2nd motor.) also if this is because of battery, how can I choose right one? two 48v 600w motors = at least 25A discharge? or I also have to care about wattage and/or capacity?

    I'm kinda stuck

I'm stuck again. I already found throttle signal wire from controller, connected to both controllers (Multimeter reads 0.8v.), but 2nd motor still doesn't work. (only 1st motor works normally.) I check battery, both motors, both controllers, and throttle switching around. Everything's OK with...
