    Thanks, For me i think its too risky to try this test.. So, if i will bypass the lcd its probably will work as you said. If that the case i will prefare spend 30$ and buy new lcd to test if the lcd made the problem. What do you say?

    I can see all the parameters(speed , p , c) but can't change anything.. I wrote all the values in case I'll need .. Are you sure that the lock related to the lcd and not the controller? If this is the case, i will order new kt lcd.
