Minimum clearance between mid-drive housing and suspension linkage bolts

I have 2011 anthem with maestro, had hd but now bbs02 (25A x 52v, enough and lighter/narrower). Just put a feeler blade in, had to clear mud (proves it to me) , fair bit less than you .015” , you’ll be sweet. Just watch chainring clearance to swinging arm, mine did kiss at one point so shimmed...

    Bbs02b after 10000km

Yep, def not sprag, I was thinking of rust making whole thing elliptical and putting weird load on shaft/bearing, forget that. New bearings, sleeve over mullered rotot shaft and loctite should solve. My only worry with bearing retaining compound both sides is future disassembly, perhaps tapping...

BBS-FW: Open Source Firmware for BBSHD/BBS02 Controller

Update after several months, loadsamiles on 02’s and new HD with this firmware Absolutely solves all Bafangs weirdness with throttle/pas jerky transition, I like to ride in very low low peddle assistance 5% of 30A on hd and 7% of 25A on 02 simply add throttle (linear to 100%) for hills...

BBS-FW: Open Source Firmware for BBSHD/BBS02 Controller

First post — lurked for years, have “tuned” our BBS02’s with guidance from forum posts but accepted throttle/pas lurching at low speed unavoidable without switching off the pas with hardwire. Magura two switch throttle tempting but ……….. Also had a controller go west — it randomly added power...
