    hi I ran the battery down till all the cells reached 3.2 and the one that was bad was down to 1.6 have tried to bring it back up but wont hold a charge goes up to 3.6 then falls fast to 2.6 so have removed it from the back and now charging the battery again will let you know if this has sorted...

    cant use the 72v-60a controller with the 48v battery as the controller has a cut out limiter at 52 v so it wont work if I want to use the controller the only thing I can do then is ad another 24v -20a battery to the one I have now that would be the cheapest way to go and buy another battery say...

    more tech info if it helps the lifepo4 battery is made up of 123 cells at 20 ah each still has bms attached the lithium was 7 rows of 7 now its 6 rows of 7 and total ah I was tolled was 20 ah bms removed

    forgot to mention its six cells not 7 I took 1 cell off so not to go over the 80 volts as my controller is a 72 volt controller and I thought rightly or wrongly it could damage the controller.
