    sure, can use a single speed chain, but using the tensioner is necessarily because the motor mount has fixed size.

    I didn't know it :( BMP1 has different back cover construction. So bmsbattery.com has BPMII in stock now. Now I have a plan to make "Typhoon mini" kit with XOFO mini hub in next a couple of monthes.

    There is phrase from datasheet it means when axle diameter is 15mm, on each mm of axle length torque is 10.25Nm, adapter wide is 24mm, total torque 246Nm. it's more difficult, I can use milling machine to make a groove into axle, but i can't make groove into adapter, I need use special machine...

    I don't agree. My adaper fit maximum near to motor (less 1mm from sprocket to mount ), because caps of bolts planted inside the hole.

    I ordered some GT controllers and said Leo to limit phase current 65A, he said "ok" but I realized, Leo can say "ok", but don't do it :D I think about Kelly, but it's double price. I look to KBS72051X sure :) I also plan try to make a new axis integral with the adapter.

    sorry, I suggested you troubled big sprocket wobbling and try to solve it by a sine wave controller. ok :) I clamp an assembled adapter by a nut to motor cover (axle bearing), it make exact 90 degrees from sprocket to axle, especially if the central hole is not quite done carefully.

    I tested 5pcs of my adapters and 2pcs of it works same (motor BPMII, controller Green Time 45A). IMHO it has no symmetry. I guess a sine wave controller can't help. BTW I killed 2pcs duralumin adapters and now sure duralumin is not good for it. The axle made a round hole into adapter. My...
