    Which version of BESST software did you need to use to do this? The version 1.2.43 did not allow me to up the speed limit (local law message). I tried earlier versions like 1.2.17 (from the Github repo), but those ones won't let me login - I get the 'user not exist' message. Only 1.2.43 lets me...
