30 mph sustained for more than 100 yards is pretty impressive for 13.

I think I hit my peak at about 15, by which time 30 mph was pretty standard on my peugot 10 speed. 52-11 was the only gear I ever used. At 110 pounds, it was a lot easier then than it would be now.
