Got this tip from X and it turned out to be legit.
There exist some electrolyte formulations for horses that are not only more complete than electrolyte drinks intended for humans, but don't include artificial/real sugars, and cost a fraction of the price.
Human sweat is primarily sodium but also contains a number of vitamins and other minor electrolytes.

Horse electrolyte formulations, including this one, tend to be heavier on sodium, too low on potassium, and way too heavy on manganese, versus what humans need. So while the electrolyte formulation is way more complete than say, a gatorade, or body armor drink, it's disbalanced.
The dosing recommendation is also very incorrect for a human.
So here's what i do with this stuff.
Human dose would get adjusted to 1/5th of what it would be for a horse.
I take 1/10th of a dose here due to the excessive manganese, then mix it with half a teaspoon of potassium bicarbonate, citrate, or whatever form i have laying around.
I find this drink extremely rejuvenating after a 1 hour workout, moreso than the body armor drinks i used to consume. I return to baseline energy levels after about 10 minutes, and i'm ready for another session.
This mixture doesn't mix well with water, it can be a little grainy, but it has a mild apple aftertaste which is pleasant.
