So I have a 2 post/2 position switch that turns my controller on off. I know it takes a positive and negative. What i am having trouble with is getting the wires to wrap around the posts and then get it heat shrinked to secure it. If anyone has any tips or tricks on how to do this it would be greatly appreciated! It was wired before and wasn't going to use it but since I'm Frankensteining a escooter/ ebike into a echopper it's going to be something everyone wants. So i would prefer to keep it as safe as possible. By the way here are some pics over the past 8 months of R&D of the build. Done at least 10 to 12 rebuilds. Yes it does say lime on the frame. My warehouse manger told me that I could Frankenstein one out of all old dead scooters/bikes I also used some old bikes of my own as well. Sorry for the novel.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Heat shrink is not a reliable way to maintain an electrical connection. If there isn't some sort of screw down terminal or connector, you need to crimp or solder. Heat shrink then goes on to protect the joint and prevent shorts.

No set screw but I’ve found some small nuts I can possibly use
