Interesting, thanks for the update. I saw another user did a GNG conversion with this same bike. I'm thinking maybe a BBS02 could be interesting on the 7 spd version of this bike. The low gear would give you the torque for accelerating those giants wheels.

Something to think about, as if I need more projects...

Oh yeah.. they came out with the 7 speed version after i bought mine

Fork angle's still a problem.. only one tire manufacturer for 32's ( wimpy flimsy tire imho )

Yea the rake is a little bit ridiculous. I imagine it tracks like a canoe at speed though

If I did it, the BBS02 could be interesting, and it'd basically be a fun fooling around ebike, probably not a daily driver. The tire selection and quality are a huge downside, but some Joe's tire sealant and high pressure could probably help a bit.

Eh, add it to the list of "that'd be a fun project".

I still want to put a 16" hubmotor in the back of one of these. Not sure which has higher priority on the list…
