Hi,
I'm rebuilding a 2010 Zero S battery with Leaf modules. The pack is currently off the bike and on my work bench. I've followed the advice from folks on here and electricmotorcyle forums..
The battery is wired up identically to the one that Ryan McNeely posted on Medium.

My issue is with the BMS. It is beeping a code that I haven't seen anyone post about. I've read about the beeps described as trilling, short, and long beeps.
The beeps I'm getting are very quick/short five beeps, the fifth one seems to last a bit longer, then two more beeps that are longer, and then the same five short beeps as the first series.
So it is like beep, beep, beep, beep, beeep -- beep, beep -- beep, beep, beep, beep, beeep
Does anyone know that means?
According to the manual, four short and one long beep means the battery is low and needs to be recharged. But it doesn't mention anything about the second set of beeps or the repeated sequence.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
