It is that time of year again. The passing of the old year and the waiting to ring forth the New Year.
So let us remember, with sad heart :( , the passing of the Buckyballs.

In 2012 the USA nanny-state finally made them ILLEGAL to sell, and 2013 drove the last stake-thru-the-heart of their Brooklyn USA based company, dooming them to oblivion with a product recall and threats of a $57 million dollar liability.

Bye-Bye Buckyballs !!

And a special Thank You to Our Most Glorious Peoples Government for keeping us safe from the evils of magnetism  . I thus offer an end-of-year toast {in the form of 17 ounce's of Big Gulps' , void where illegal} to our magnanimous Big Brother saviors' success in limiting the power of magnets !
We know we can't be trusted with magnets, and thus humbly confess our weakness for their attraction.

When magnets are outlawed, only outlaws will have magnets.

More kids have died from cribs. Let's get rid of those bastards too

"The government’s beef: Swallowing high-powered magnets can do lots of damage to a kid’s innards."

Our beef is that not only would the volumes of new regulations do lots of damage to a kid's innards, but adults by the millions are choking on them. Maybe we should try some different approaches...We can protest these new volumes of laws and regulations based on the trees and therefore habitat that are destroyed. They also feed and promote very dangerous and invasive species that are parasites on the economy as a whole, lawyers.

The Federal Government doesn't have the authority to regulate what goes on in the states to the extent that it does, so start pushing back from the state level as well as inundating the agencies directly. Magnets...really??? How is anything more than a strong warning to let adults know that strong magnets can be hazardous to kids if they swallow them. There's little doubt that many other household items prove far more dangerous and hurt more children than magnets, so why the focus on bucky balls?

Wait till spinningmagnets get's ahold of this one....LOL. The US banned marijuana awhile back and see where they got them...LMAO.
:p
