Ebikes.ca has LED front and rear lights that run off 24-72 Volts. They only consume 1 Watt or less. They are bright, but the beam is not controlled by a lense, so the throw is not all that far. You could use a DC-DC converter and run a 6 or 12 V light . Look at ebay 200256084739 or 260395277330. I found one on ebay that has an 18-72v input, and 3.3, 6 and 12 V out for $7.00 plus shipping. The best headlights are the european ones with shaped beams. Peter white cycles has these. I got the Inoled extreme, it's pricy but plenty bright, and only consumes 3 watts.
If the drain on the battery is not a problem, 36v light bulbs are avaliable from scooter parts retailers like electricscooterparts. I am using a 36v halogen from a EV global. It's nice, but I don't need the range on the morning ride, since it's downhill. I also use a good but inexpensive led flashlight from sams club. I mount that on the helmet. It's a bit dim for riding a route you don't know every pothole location though.
[3] I'm having a hard time find where to buy such a light (from point [2]) which doesn't include the existing battery/charger with it too? (noting I'll already have the battery from my eBike & a DC-DC converter).
If you are reasonably handy, there are several links on DIY lights that could be adapted to house this LED light. if you already have a dc to dc converter this would be ideal.
