Anyone running a Crystalyte 530x on a Ping battery ?
The 500w Grubee [Skyhawk] just doesn't seem to be making it in terms of top speed.
I guess my concern was regarding continious amperage draw from an Ebikes.ca controller
and 5304[?] motor.
Since a motor and controller are farily expen$ive, I thought it might be good to make sure I wasn't buying more motor/controller than I have battery to drive.
Stated Ping Specs:
Fit 48V Motor Wattage: 500 Watt to 1200 Watt, 800 Watt suggested
Voltage: 48 Volts
Capacity: 20 Amp Hours
Dimension: 150x220x190 mm ( 6 x 8 1/2x 7 1/2 inches )
Weight: 9.00 kg ( 20.00 lbs)
Charging Voltage: 61 Volts
Charging Current: <5 Amps
Rated Discharging Amperage: 20 Amps
Max Continuous Discharging Amperage: 30 Amps
Maximum Discharging Current: 60 Amps
Discharging Cut-off Protection: 35 Amps
Lifecycle: >1000 times
EBIKES CONTROLLER :
24-72V 35A Start Immediate Analog Controller, IRFB4310 Mosfets
1.22 kg (2.69 lbs)
Thanks for any input you can offer...
