Based on the knowledge I gained from my previous construction:
I decided to build something smaller for my children

It is (or rather, it was) a small quad for children with a 125cc engine and 8-inch wheels

Of course, to make it a bit more challenging, I decided to convert the front braking system from mechanical brakes to a hydraulic setup.

Current gear ratio is a bit too fast - atv reaches up to 50 mph.
75T rear sprocket is on the way.

When an experienced (or heavier) rider drives with full power motor is overheating, after 30 minutes of intense riding.
Not much, but feel that the controller starts limiting the power.

Changing the gear ratio should solve this issue.
I thing a better solution would be to use QS120 V3 (with bulid-in gear reduction)
