I have an lock/alarm for my Harley. It uses a thick pin for the hole in the disc. It has a very loud alarm.

It looks bulky and annoying-- two things that make me leave locks at home instead of bringing them along.

I'm guessing they spent their manufacturing budget on gizmos instead of decent steel for the shackle.

When is the last time you saw anyone take notice of a car alarm, let alone a quiet little beeper running on 2xAA?
