Hi!
I have happy been using my Bafang BBS02B 750W 46V kit for 6 months with 52V battery (maybe this is the problem) and now when using the pedals OR the throttle the motor starts to ramp up power for a second or so then cuts the power, maybe the same problem but no solution reported here. If I stop pedaling and start again same thing, power for a second then cuts of. If I keep the wheel in the air and use the throttle the motor spins up for a second then cuts of but keeps the motor spinning at very slow speed, below walk speed. Walk mode works as usual.
I have checked the wires but no damage, no brake sensors or gear change sensor is plugged in. No error code. Yesterday I also removed the controller, connectors seams fine and no short to VCC (red wire) or ground (black wire). I checked according to this guide. I guess something else in the controller can still be faulty?
Battery is fully charged about 58.8V and when the motor cuts power the voltage on the display is still the same.
What to you think? Any ideas how to trouble shoot more? Could it be the BMS or controller? I have no parts yet to try to change with but what would be most likely problem be?
Many thanks!
