SO I am planning a crazy project. I have a Tenways bike with a bafang M410 on 36v. I want to have a hub motor on the back also and make it able to run 50 kmph+ on a 36v battery so it matches the top speed of the mid drive. I am thinking to use the baserunner basic due to its field weakening capabilties, and a fast wind geared 250w hub. Do you think I can twitch the baserunner so it can spin the motor efficiently to 50 kmph on a 36v battery? Can it do it to 60? Thanks in advance!

You want a much bigger motor to go those speeds.
On an upright bike, 50kph or 31mph will consume around 1000w continuous.
You can push a geared motor a little but 4x it's continuous power rating? you can get away with it for a few minutes maybe ( might shred the gears in the process ).

I understand, until 50 kph, the mid motor (600 w peak) will work in tandem with it, so it will be 1000w together. I just want to know how much the baserunner can increase the kv of the motor, even if it will be 700w peak at 50 kph, it is fine for me. I will add the rest with pedal power or downhill.

Yeah, my Baserunner bike with a rear geared hub can do 28mph with 25A battery amps. Adding 10A field weakening gets me to like 30mph. So just expect only a small percentage bump, like 10%, and expect it to cost a large number of amps from what your battery can provide before the BMS cuts you off or your voltage sags too much. 35A is the max continuous discharge for my battery's BMS, so that's the max for me without a better battery, higher voltage battery, or motor with a different KV. I've heard FW works better with IPM motors.
