I'm looking for inspiration on how to mount 20 prismatic cells, in a 3-wheel cabin scooter.
The cells are 20 x EVE LF105:
- 20 cm high.
- 13 cm wide.
- 3.7 cm thick, each (4cm with epoxy isolation and foam padding).
- 2 kg each.
Physically 2 rows of 10 cells, is the optimal fit in the available space.
The battery-pack will be induced to strong forces, when I drive over insane speed bumps/high curbs.
I don't care about compression to increase longevity, but it might be a good way to keep the celle fixed in place.
What is the best way to mount them physically? How did you do it? Any ideas are welcome.
