hello, my battery does not charge, I put it on the charger, it blinks and beeps, but there is no charge.

How long have you ignored the beeping without charging it?

I bought it like that, then put it on the charger, I thought that it should be like that, well, for an hour it charged exactly like that, but then it turned out that it was not charged.

Then it probably means it has discharged beyond a safe level and the BMS is not letting it charge. Needs to be rebuilt.

I bought a bike, the battery charges, but it turns off, if I put the battery in the bike and turn it on to charge, it works, but if I turn on the light, everything turns off, or if I remove it from the charger, it turns off again.
