What are the options for a brake light switch for regular cable operated bicycle switches?

Below is a picture of one example but I do not know where I can purchase just the switch.

I would also like the solution to be an easy installation.

I use reed switches attached to the caliper and magnet on the cable for switching.

Here's a thread - https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=65798&hilit=+magnetic

The ebrake lever is a replacement for the regular brake lever and either cuts out the controller or engages regenerative braking in the controller when the lever is lightly squeezed. The more expensive units from eZee use a magnetic reed switch for the switching. The cheaper Wuxing levers have a shorter lever arm and a tactile button for the electrical switch. Both are configured as long-pull levers compatible with 'V' brakes and mechanical disk calipers, and have a normally OPEN contact mode.
