I want to build two 5S Turnigy 5000mAh 40C battery packs assembling these single cells:

I can't source the PCB that is used from the lipo battery manufacturers to connect the cells in series. Is that PCB available somewhere to build 5000mAh lipo battery packs?

In the pic there is the PCB for a 6S lipo

you can go find the people that hobby king buys their batteries from and get some from them.

why would you try to build a 6S pack from single cells when hobby king will do it for you for less money and time and effort and no damaged pouches?

Just one of many alternatives from 20C - 45C at the eu warehouse. Do you really need 40C?

200amp 5s bms ? That is a tall order. Is that really what you have there (be it 6s instead)

I dont think that it actually a "PCB" ..more like a simple piece of board with slots cut in to poke the tabs through for soldering.
There are no traces on the board, the tabs are simply soldered to each other in series configuration.
I also believe in some packs they dont even use a board ..just join the tabs with an insulator sheet under them !
..If you are set on using those cells, i believe ES member jonescg had some slotted boards made up for a large pack.
He usually hangs out on the motorcycle forum.
Look half way down this page..

yep, the older lipoly packs had the pcb with the tabs soldered to the pcb and the tabs folded over but now they just crimp the connections from cell to cell. that is better imo because then there is nothing pulling on the tabs sideways as the pouches swell up with age.
