can i put my old 250w in my kids bike 16 inch wheel. my motor was capable of moving my 200 lb butt around at 22 mph what will that same motor and controller do for my son he weighs 70 lb. btw the voltage i will be running will be 36v 6ah. i would get 7 miles out of this on my 200 lb self

Yes original 26 inch wheel 22mph. No wind and right off the charger.

yeah, lace it into a 16" rim and expect aprox 12 mph ... plenty fast for a kid... to restrict it further you can easily open up the throttle and add a few shims to restrict the throttle turn amount. should pull him easily off-road in tall grass etc with no problem at all.

He is gonna love it and since it is geared towards a 26inch wheel the torque will be pretty good
