CANable Pro & MMG340.250 Assist Levels (Parameter Block 1) not written correctly

The heavy bike (29kg) runs now with Alfine 11 and 3A contentious assist nearly 150km by 50% uphill in town
And it runs 25km/h with about 100W (3A) and I think 25-50 W extra input by driver on the flat ..that is like calculated by Bicycle Speed (Velocity) And Power Calculator

Looks ok if you like these settings. For assist level 1 to 5 the "acceleration", you have them all at 1. Standard setting was 2, 3, 3, 4, 4
I can't change a thing on the controller tab with canable pro, for example changing overvoltage from 47 to 46 seems to work but after "resync" it results in checksum error...
It was a long time ago sinds i used it but i played today with Varstrom tool too. I already had forgotten that Varstrom makes automatically a backup when reading from controller.

I got a checksum error too .. i fixed it.. and without sync before of full assist I got this strange behavior 7A (ECO mode) and more in the other above levels.. may we have to check the write logs .. i will do it again at the weekend with synced full assist

no i think they do a default value write down.. only the edit values are changed else is recovered or fixed .. I can check with CANgreoo or wireshark if you want.. now with my dual stick cable windows and Linux at the CAN bus !

mdi Software git repo is great reverse engineering stuff !!
please check if some more not synced is written down by one tab read at write only tab ..ok
of curse you have to read in the variants before write .. if then else check the controller type ..but soft can do so fare
may we have to hit the real offset of controller firmware version configs at read in at start.. no one knows what bafang is doing with different controllers they will change to cheaper ones of curse ..but they couldn't change the protocol of their can platform for old controllers !
why they could not do because they have to update bluethooth display and and controller at once .. they couldn't do it by once in the app..only if you have fall back and deal out on connect of protocol stack first in both firmwarea .. no one will do the update danger for customer ..
