Revolutionising the way we travel
The foldable Briefcase Electric Skateboard is from a concept from the designer and owner of Epic Skateboards working with the latest technology and working with and getting advice from some of the greatest minds, such people as Jeff Franchowiak a engineer from Chicago America, Daniel Kerr an engineer from England, Chinese engineers helping with the electrical componients and the team at Invention Steps with Jason Koch working on the fundemental design of the moving parts, strength and protyping stage with a few of his partner companies in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Jason is a South African Mechanical Design engineer, with 16 years design experience with the past 3 years in Gold Coast Australia.
The design has been worked on for the past 18 months getting the right electronic components, dimensions, and weight to the final stages with months of test and moderations to get everything finalised with just a few small moderations left, first batch expecting to be just 12kg total weight with speeds of 35km/hour with your choice of 200watt or 500watt brushless motors with 36volt 7ah lithium battery, with a built in speedometer, battery indicator, and headlight in the hand control, forward and reverse mode, slow and fast speed setting, 105db alarm and horn and hit the shelf December 2013.

I saw a video on a different slower one
Wonder what batteries it uses cause maybe they won't let u on the plane. They prob thought of that. Lithium solid?
I like it though. Hilarious watching people riding on their lugauge.

Would think some sleek engineering could make it a little sexier...neat concept though. Would rather see a suitcase that looks more like a longboard, than a longboard that looks like a suitcase.
Ifea know I mean
