Hehe... Read enough about China yet? Article in the weeks The Epoch Times magazine (weekly "newspaper"?) seen in their Toronto edition, and I see they have it stored as a PDF file (Subtitled "Beijing’s joint-venture policy has borne little fruit for domestic producers"):
