Thinking of a low end multi-powered TWIKE type vehicle http://www.twike.com max speed whatever the Moped law says 30mph?

A tadpole? based side by side or sociable tandem trike, enclosed with multiple power sources; human, electric and 49cc 4 cycle engine running e85?

Optional-- engine can charge battery pack.

Use the basis of a 49cc registered vehicle, and turn it into a Tri-bred, with VIN and licensing

(I think a Tadpole design would be more stable? and easier to add different power units.)

Utilizing the 49cc law for most states, two human's power and a 2hp electric hub motor to maintain speed up hills and creep in traffic.

Semi Enclosed with canopy for marginal (not ALL weather, but MOST weather) utilization.

A brushless hub motor for help going up hills, some decent batteries, (30 minutes hill climbing at 1500 watts would be 30 amps at 48 volts continuous +=1KWH minimum)

What hub motor? How to keep weight down? Capable of hauling 2 passengers totaling 350lbs, and 75 pounds cargo.

moped Brakes? summer -- lots of ventilation maybe a fan/ canopy top off? winter--human and engine heat? windshield wipers?

could this be all an urban person would need? could it replace a car for a single person? or one car?

Whats your thoughts?

Two ways to put pictures on this forum. If you see a picture on the internet. Right click, Properties, See the address? Looks like this - http://www.twike.com/bibliothek_com/home.jpg
Click on the Img button above, and put address of picture between

home.jpg

Other way is to upload from your computer. Click Upload attachment below. Browse in your computer to find picture. Click Add the file. Then click where it say, Place inline. See image right below this line.
View attachment rocket_bike.jpg

Now I got a question? Why can I not see picture properties of pictures that have been uploaded to this forum? All I see is [http://endless-sphere.com/forums/download/file.php?id=11959]

Price of that Red 3 wheel Twike thing.
Prices
A TWIKE in a basic version costs approximately 20.500 € [~ 31,630 United States Dollar *].
A TWIKE with a luxerious interiour and only the best equipment can cost easily more than 35.000 €.
:(

When I type the address of a picture at the top of my browser and click Go or Enter, I see the picture. It usually ends in .jpg or . gif

[http://www.twike.com/bibliothek_com/home.jpg] is the address of a picture.

[http://endless-sphere.com/forums/download/file.php?id=11959] don't work for me.

Ridiculous. For less money I could get a little Kei mini truck that has a motor 10x as big, 4x4, a 1,000lb flatbed and gets 40+mi/gal.
