Controller limiting top speed?

Hello,
I’m new to the electric world and just built up razor and i’m running a 88v 32ah battery from electro and co with a fardriver ND96850 powering a sotion fw11. The bike is only reaching 40mph and feels like it cuts power when it reaches 40mph. I’m not sure what I should do to get more speed or if it is even capable of surpassing 40mph.

If you really want to go that fast, use a real bike instead of a kid toy that will put you in the hospital. Best idea is just don't do that.

You might be running into your controller's eRPM limit.
