Hello. I am trying to find the optimal combination of the EMRAX 188 LV LC motor (KTY 81/210 temperature sensor), the SEVCON Gen4 Size6 72/80V controller, and the RM44AC encoder, but I'm running into a few issues.
The main 2 problems are: (1) The motor's Iq and Id currents become abnormally high, exceeding the current limit, when the motor spins above a certain speed or during deceleration. (This usually leads to a PF fault or the throttle becoming unresponsive even without a fault.)
(2) It's difficult to verify if the temperature sensor settings are correct. Is there a way to confirm if the motor temperature shown in the vehicle interface is accurate? The sensor is integrated into the motor, which makes it hard to check. The DVT settings for the temperature sensor are shown in the attached picture.
I believe the solution lies within the DVT settings. I plan to recheck the encoder settings carefully to address the abnormal rise in Iq and Id currents. I am wondering what other steps I can take after that. Any advice would be a great help. Thank you.

There has been another member who had problems getting an emrax Lv motor to work, I think it was with sevcon but not sure.
I dont remember the name though, but he built a black dirtbike a few years ago..
There should be a tread, but I wonder if there was a solution. I think the conclusion was that the motors low inductance was the problem.
Edit, here is the thread I was thinking about:
