Looking good already, i take it you made that cargo attachment? got any pics of it?

Thank you,

Pictures? Lucky to get only one. It's been less than rewarding on this beast, as of late. I usually glue 4130 with ER70S2 in .023", but not the last couple of days. Seems my welder has started "birds nesting" the filler wire, forcing me to spend more time unraveling the mess, than making progress. The problem is the stinger lead cable's inner lining is apparently wore out... causing the tiny .023 wire to buckle and jam up in the feed spool. Of course it doesn't help matters when the feed spool has to push... yes, push 15 feet of skinny wire (the length of the stinger cable).

The cargo rack is about 10% welded and 90% tacked. Not much to see ATM.

Very nice. Except for the wire rats nest. That sucks.

Just noticed the ego 8ah are available locally, they seem to be getting more favorable reviews vs the 7.5. Oops see you have 10ah.

Thanks much, @Papa - always nice to read posts on/for practical (not just for recreation) bikes.

Hopefully, you'll have better luck with that adjustable stem than I have - tried two, both creaked, despite fiddling and lightly greasing.

I only use adjustable stems to establish reach & tiller during builds, and early in test rides.
