emoli cells charging lipo?

i was wondering are the emoli cells (used in milwaukee tools) the same a lipo cells as far as voltages?

meaning can i use a rc lipo charger like the turnigy accucell 6 lipo setting to charge emoli cells

also what is the charging amps?

also does anyone have the specs for emoli cells?

I don't know what the specs are, but chances are an RC charger has a setting that can be used for them. Once you find out the charging amps, you can of course adjust the charger output to what you want.
