Engine start problems canbus BBS02 + VD03 Display

I connected a bbs02 G340 - 750W CAN BUS to the workbench. with VD03 CAN display. But the engine does not turn on and neither does the display. If I press the + button on the display, I see a small absorption of 30 mA, otherwise no absorption and nothing starts.
Note: Power is connected to a 48V power supply, also tested with a 48V battery. Brake levers with sensors are connected, speed sensor is connected, throttle lever is connected. Communication with the battery is NOT connected and neither are the lights and gear sensor.
maybe the engine is faulty? what can i check?

maybe the Display is defective; try to turn on the motor with display, then press + and then try pas with a crank or the throttle see if motor spins

unplug all connector cables and plug everything in again
