ESC Repair Question

So I was riding today and for whatever reason my motor locked up while at speed. This weird problem has happened before, but this time I could smell the infamous 'magic smoke' coming from my ESC. The ESC in question is a HobbyKing TrackStar 200 amp, which I purposely bought because I saw it as being oversized and figured it would be more reliable than ones I've had in the past. Until today I would say that it has been absolutely bulletproof, not to mention ridiculously powerful. I believe that I might have pushed it too far, as I have left it's 'punch control' setting at full and I have a habit of gunning the throttle quite a lot. In fact when it died I was yet again gunning it from a reasonable speed.Once or twice before, the motor had slightly locked up and gotten out of sync while speeding up, but would fix itself with a simple power cycle. So my first question is whether my abusive way of riding caused this problem, which I'm not sure about considering It never has even slightly warmed up despite the fact that I removed the cooling fan.

Anyway, I have already ordered a replacement, but I would like to be able to salvage this current one if I can. Turning it on a few times and doing some simple tests has let me narrow down the current state it's in. All parts of the ESC are totally functional, processing logic and 2 of the phases. The third phase however has several blown FETS, which explains why it locked up.

I searched for the part number of the blown FETS (2R640 PBM 1345A3) and found this:

These have what would appear to be similar specs to what would be expected, but I want to see if anyone with more EE knowledge could confirm that these she would. I have inspected the board and haven't seen any other damaged components and the solder pads seem to be in decent shape. So, if anyone has any input on my chances of reviving this thing I would be glad to hear it.
