hey,

so how do i fit my bike rack or pegs on the back of my axel now that it is much thicker than normal?

i was thinking for the bike rack of using some u bolts or something, but for the footpegs(for passengers) im not sure..

cheers

Paul

the threads on a hub motor are cut instead of rolled, so they aren't strong enough for pegs. As for the racks, it realy depends on their mount. You may have to cut or file on them a little. But there are so many diffrent types of mounts, its impossable to give a generalized answer. What type of mount have you got that you are concerned with?

Some cheap racks that come with kits have the bigger hole for the oversize axle.

Another option would be a seatpost rack, then fabricate your own legs to help support it, using stock big enough to put the oversize hole into. you bolt the legs you make to the beam of the rack, with enough bend to clear the tire.

Doutfull you can find any stock footpegs to fit.
