For those in Australia - Aldi bike sale on next week

Heads up. Aldi bike sale on next week.

The Aldi trail bike looks ok for a hybrid commuter... You wont get over 55km/h and I'd question it's ability for singletrack, but as casual bike for commuting its pretty sweet... The reason I mention this is that Aldi bikes are usually rebranded polygon, so they're not Kmart anchor crap. Just make sure its wrenched together properly. I'm still waiting for the Aldi dual suspension bike to come up for a long distance hub build.

If only it was a 29"er. All my gear is for 700c/29".

Will still probably pick up some spare lights/biking computers though.
