Forca ebike - Engine/Battery glitching!?

I bought and eBike from Forca in Germany one month ago and today the the ebike started glitching, no matter what setting i used it started giving small burst of power (ca once per second) instead of a constant steam. It did so both this morning and afternoon. What can be wrong?

I had full power, 4 light. I've tried the 6 km/h mode and it worked. I tried restarting it several times.

Is there something wrong with the battery (dead cells? glitch?)
Faulty engine?
or something other like a sensor?

Please advice what can be wrong and how to fix it!

It has a 250W Hub engine, PAS system and 36V battery,

Totally guessing, I'd have a look at the PAS. I know nothing about that, but it sounds a lot like intermittent go signal to the controller. All the pas magnets still there?
