i just dug out my old ev bike been setting 7 years,, the org. battrey pack shorted out. think the charger shorted.,,, im buying new battres 12 v 12 amp.,,, ? is how much will the old motor take as far as volts an amps,,,,

dont really know... all i know is its the bike made by crylser,,, its a 24 volt unit.. looks like one of those hem,s motors...

I guess you have an EV Global 24 volt bike with a Heinsmann 400 watt rear geared motor.
A new motor, battery and controller can make that a much better bike to ride.

well might be true,, but im on limted funds,, so ive got to go with what ive got right now,,, maybe later ill build one from scratch.
