I want to ask you about: What's the meaning of that chinese words and how I can improve its speed (about 15 mi/h)?

how many batteries are using? maybe 24v ? That looks like a golden motor. To make it go faster, you might need a new controller and a couple more batteries. If you get a picture of the controller and post it here and let us know what your battery setup maybe someone can give you suggestions. If it's a golden motor, there are a couple guys on here using about 72v on it and getting really good speed, about 40 mph.

Once upon a time I bought a motor kit that was very slow.
The throttle was not very good.
Voltage too low on signal return line. @ 3.5 volts.
New throttle over 4 volts, much better.
How old is the battery and what type is it ?
