Having issues finding FD encoder pinouts? Trying to enable "boost" without much success.

Dealing with an encoder fardriver ND961800. Trying to enable the boost function. My plugs and wire colors for the encoder controller don't match the standard FD diagrams I have and don't' seem to match the few encoder pinouts I've found online? . So I used a meter and found the pin #'s on the connector and labled the wires.

I have an open yellow/wht wire that reads 3v wit IGN. Traced it to pin 24. I assigned pin 24 to boost pin in the app. I was under the impression that when I ground pin 24 now, my display should show my current "gear 3" jump to "gear 4". (in the FD app). When I ground it, nothing happens.

Do any other parameter need to be met? I have the bike in 3rd gear in the fardriver program. Do I need to be driving to see this? I was attempting to test it while I have the bike on a stand and torn apart. before I put it all back together?

Also I have my current max line at 400 and Phase at 1000. Boost line is 600 and Phase is 1500. No kick stand safeties or anything like that.

Really looking for a pinout like this for the encoder ND961800. FD site doesn't have it under these controllers for some reason.

I'm told I need to have the motor spinning to activate boost feature. I'll give that shot this evening.

Yea verified I'm on pin 24 hooked it directly to bat neg w momentary switch. Cranked throttle and hit button. It does nothing.

@forcefed86 What pins did you connect your encoder to? 415.341.2281

I've tried a few different encoder motors, and verified they output ABI but my nd72450 still gives beep 1 error
