Did anyone watch this classic cycle race last weekend ?
Its an annual “classic” 260 km one day race over old cobble surface roads in France.
Its always a dangerous race with road bikes at high speed on narrow rough cobbled roads.....but this year was the first time in 20 yrs that there was heavy rain and mud.
Riders were unrecognisable..
Brakes and shifters got clogged with mud and failed to work
So bad ,even the TV camera bikes had problems..
