My spare parts / tool bag is quite full of stuff...
Maybe someone can figure out what I'm missing out of it..

This is my (every day) kit, which includes....
1.) Tube repair / Patch kit. (Includes plastic tire lever)
2.) 12v Compressor. (By "Slime", only 4" square - smaller than a CO2 pump and cartridge).
3.) Spare front AND rear tube.
4.) Tool kit (Includes 2 adjustable wrenches, needle nose, wire strippers, wire cutters, etc).
5.) Electrical tape.
6.) Edit: 15' each of 16awg red and black wire (for accessories wiring).
7.) 10' each of 12awg red and black wire (for battery/motor connections).
8.) Screwdriver / Socket / Allen Key Sets
9.) Spare 36v/48v selectable controller.
10.) Spare bolts, nuts, screws, connectors, wire connectors, wire nuts, etc.
11.) 200w DC/AC convertor.
12.) Water, Rags, Chrome Cleaner, etc.
13.) Bottle of slime.
14.) Spare tube cores.
15.) Tube caps are also core removal tools (Because sometimes the plastic core removal tool on the slime bottle fails!).
17.) Presta / Schrader valve adapter.
18.) Spare 55w halogen bulb (for front light).
19.) $20 bill in seat post. (Don't even think about trying to get it out.. It's a REAL PITA!).
20.) "Liquid electrical tape".
21.) Spare Brake line and "Electric" Brake handle.
22.) Volt Meter.
23.) Gorilla (Duct) tape.
24.) Spare "3-speed" switch.. (I use for my directionals).
25.) Zip top sandwich bags. (for encasing one of my controllers and throttle, if it starts to rain and for "spare parts" bags.)
26.) Various sizes of Bungee cords.
27.) Twine/small rope. (for the stuff the Bungees can't handle).
28.) Spare bike rack support rod.
29.) Spare 24" front tire.
30.) My three chargers.. Two 36v LiFePo4 chargers and One 12v charger.
31.) Spare Torque Arm.
32.) Cloth (clean) and a rag (slightly dirty)
33.) Toilet Paper. (Not really for the bike, but I have it!)
34.) Raingear. (Pants, Jacket, Rubbers [for my feet, duh])
35.) Patch of Velcro.
36.) Spare Fuses.. 3 of each.. 30a (AGC/Blade) for the batts.
37.) Spare Bike Computer.
38.) Spare Bulb for rear brake/tail light. (added 1/4/2012)
39.) Chain breaker. (Added - Suggestion by Edcastrovalley)
40.) Zip Ties. (Reminder by DrunkSkunk)
41.) Universal spoke wrench. (Reminder by Hughes)
42.) Two pair of thin latex gloves, to keep my hands clean! - (Added - Suggested by Hughes)

If anyone can think of something I might need or may have forgotten... Let me know. I'll either add it or it will remind me that I DO have it.
(I didn't include spare rear tire 20x4.25, it's just too big.. I've had it before, but I need it only at home, because to replace the tire it takes about an hour of disassembly to change out.)

Are you about to cross the Sahara or what ?

How many kilos have you got there ?

After a few years of needing parts that I did not have on-hand, it lead me to have that setup...
It's prolly about 3 kilos (7lbs.) All of that is in one case, except for the compressor, battery chargers, bungees, slime bottle and chrome cleaner... LOL

Edit: Oh, yeah I also added the three chargers I use to my original list.

Oh and before anyone says it.. No "kitchen sink"! LOL

Anyone have any clue what I could be possibly missing?

i'm not sure i'm really helping you here but...
have you thought about this little triangular tool to adjust the spokes..
(damn it, why am I saying this...)
LOL.. I KNEW I forgot to add one thing I HAVE in that list.. Thank you..
(It's actually a round "universal" spoke tensioner... ;) )

TIRE LEVERS .... to get your tire off and on the rim.

I don't know if your tire repair/patch kit or tool kit already has these or not.
You can also use a flathead screwdriver but you have to be very careful.

Lever (singular, plastic) IS in the repair kit..

With all the junk on your e-bike you are sure to break spokes. Better bring some spares.

It's NOT "junk"... LOL.. And I've never broken a spoke in my life... (Crosses Fingers).

got it !

gloves, plastic or latex, for the dirty repair jobs !

Do i win anything ?

During winter months (South Florida winter, mind you) I have gloves to keep my hands warm... Don't really need gloves to keep my hands "clean".
I can wash my hands later!

Although.. Couldn't hurt to have a pair or two of thin latex gloves... Don't really add any weight. (I will add to list.

and what about if you break your chain ?

and some brake pads ?

I (almost) never pedal... Brake pads are mostly unused, regen braking. (Oh and I have a spare torque arm too! (Gotta add to list).

Zip Ties
5 minute Epoxy
First aid kit

throw out the compressor and replace with a CO2 inflater. Much smaller, liter, and won't use so much of your battery.

Or skip it all and carry a cell phone.

(Black Zip Ties--HAVE, will add to list)
5 min Epoxy... No real use of it, because I have (as you suggested) my iPhone ALWAYS on me. (And my brother-in-law has a big truck with a trailer to haul/carry my bike, if needed and a sister who's a nurse in case I need to be hauled/carried away.. LOL. Plus (which I will add to list as well) Cloth/Rag and electrical tape is the only first aid kit I need.) ;)

SOUTH FLORIDA !

And you don't pack this essential pocket guide:
http://www.ehow.com/how_2079578_survive-crocodile-attack.html

!?!

You are not serious.

I don't live near large swamps.. LOL.
I live in South EAST Florida.. There ARE gators around, but they're mostly small and I only ride my bike on paved roads. Not off road near canals and lakes and such.. LOL

I think you forgot a portable toilet, kitchen sink, and portable house, but other than that, sounds like you have everything!

I would replace that 12V compressor with one of these and a few CO2 cartridges.

You could bring along a digital multimeter (volt meter etc) if you're going on a long trip.

Not sure if I saw tire irons in that list, but you need those too.

Christ. I was thinking you are commuting across Alligator Alley ???

A box of rubbers and a inflatable partner ( of your choice ) if you can't find a live one. Folds flat if you take the air out. Or can be used for the carpool lane. A spare rubber in case the first one breaks. Wouldn't want the rubber doll to sue you later for child support. Dna test kit.

Tire levers (irons) are part of the patch kit.. (#1 on my list)
12v compressor is very small at only 4" square. (#2 on my list)
DMM (volt meter) is #22 on my list.
Portable Toilet is called a tree! (Which reminds me to add TP to my list.. Ya know.. Just in case of a zombie apocalypse or something.. That stuff will be worth it's weight in gold!)
Kitchen Sink, I told you guys not to mention.. LOL
Portable House is called an (enclosed) bus stop.
