How to make an Ebike road legal UK

Hi,

I have a bultaco brinco r and was wondering if anyone knows how to make it road legal.

I know with petrol enduro bikes you can get a daytime mot no lights needed. Would it be the same procedure with the brinco.

Would you get the registration with a v55
