"Juice" ebike

Two years ago, my friends bought a pair of ebikes from "Juice" something or other....She parked her bike for about a year (had it not ridden it much anyway) and now the battery will not charge and will not power the bike. A company recommended by the sales shop wants $200 to ship the batter to California, take a look at it and find out what is wrong. Is that reasonable? I think the batteries were LiFe 18650 cells.

The bms drained the battery, your probably s.o.l.

ps just buy battery from a quality vendor and dont roll the dice.
