Ok, I made a new thread, so here will be images of conversion process.
Tha patient is 2005 KTM 85cc motocross bike, which had seized piston, then removed the cylinder and then it was neglected for two years outside. The result - rusted crankshaft and conrod.
I got it for 250€ and right away started pondering how to electrify it, with my limited financial possibilities.

So far my plan involves using Turnigy CA80 RC motor with hall sensors, and placing it into crankcase

I already started milling the crankcase end open, I can probably use ignition holes for motor attachment. At the other end, I plan making special shaft end for motor, that's same diameter as original shaft, so no oil leakage from there.
Also, I can use original main gear, from which I removed the clutch already.

The battery case attaches at the cylinder bolt holes and I plan making some sort of rails for quick battery swap.
